This inspiring Summit is intended for the leader of the public safety organization who is responsible for influencing change and culture in the organization. Police, fire, and EMS agencies from federal, state, or local agencies are welcome to inquire.
While employees of Chick-fil-A are required to pay a registration fee to attend, selected LEAD PSG attendees will not be charged. This is part of our partnership with Chick-fil-A, who wish to give back to the first responder community. However, if you are unable to attend after receiving a confirmation email, it is requested that you notify LEAD PSG immediately so another wait-listed first responder can attend.
All costs for travel, to include but not limited to hotel, transportation, or meals, is not included and is the sole responsibility of the attendee.

Currently, this date and location is the only event scheduled by Chick-fil-A in 2023. LEAD PSG is coordinating partnerships with other leaders to explore opportunities for first responders.
Each first responder must register separately. Unfortunately, attendance is very limited. To allow more agencies to attend, we must limit participating agencies to a maximum of two registrations.
Yes. You will receive an email stating that we received your interest after submitting your contact form. If chosen, you will receive another email with specific registration information. Unfortunately, due to limited seating, not every applicant will be selected. We will keep contact forms on a wait-list in case seating becomes available.
